They handled our sale and purchase fantastically well, keeping us informed with regular updates despite a number of communication problems that were out of their control. Our handling agent Ben has been a consummate professional and tirelessly helpful whilst providing an excellent, personal service; he gave us great confidence that our questions and concerns were important and he handled them quickly. A huge thanks to Ben, Rob and the rest of the team working so hard under the current pressure of circumstance. We have nothing but praise for Goadsby, whilst looking for our new home we rang them far too often, requesting viewings that were difficult for them to attend, but they always turned up, and never let us down. We even had dealings with Rob on his mobile on a Sunday morning whilst he was on his holidays. The whole team were great. Well done Goadsby, a very helpful Estate Agent, and you don`t get many of them.

I've had a perfect experience with Goadsby in Salisbury. I called in wanting to see a particular property and was able to view it within two hours on the same day. I put an offer in and had it accepted that same afternoon. In the 3 months it took to complete I found both Ben and Robert that I dealt with in the branch extremely helpful, professional and responsive and never waited longer than about an hour to hear back from them when I had a question. Great communication and prompt responses to any queries
