From start to finish Rob Ward helped us find our forever home, whilst it was no doubt a team effort, he was outstanding; professional throughout with great communication skills and always prepared to answer those out of hours questions promptly and with sufficient detail. Goadsby were excellent at communicating during the purchase of my house. Friendly and knowledgeable, always accommodating when I wished to view again.

Rob and his team are friendly and professional, getting you through the whole process of selling your house with as little stress as possible. The viewings were all accompanied by Ben or Rob who both took their time showing buyers around never rushing them and pointing out all the positive points. The communication from the office from start to finish was always prompt and we were kept up to date after each viewing, once we had an offer they made sure that everything ran as smoothly as possible with the solicitors etc. I would definitely recommend this estate agents

Rob (the Branch Manager in Salisbury) personally dealt with our purchase. He has a very broad understanding of the needs of his clients, and I feel that is extremely important. He gave me honest and realistic advice and guided us through the step-by-step process from the beginning towards completion. He respponded to my queries VERY PROMPTLY (whether they are just small things) - even if it is out of his normal working hours or even if he is on leave or on holiday, which I appreciate. He kept me updated about the progress of our purchase, and maintained our communication open between us, the solicitors and the sellers. Overall we are very pleased with our new home. Rob made our purchase (and move) run smoothly and therefore less stressful. I will definitely reccomend to use their service!

Rob has a very broad undertanding of the needs of his clients and that is what important to us as first time buyers. At first we did not get the house that we 'like' but eventually he found a house that he felt perfectly matches our specified needs, and he did not disappoint us. He guided us through the whole step-by-step process from beginning until the completion smoothly. He answered all our queries very promptly, even outside of his normal workling hours and even if he is on leave/holiday, regardless if they are big or small, which I truly appreciate. There was an open communication between us, Goadsby and the solicitors- and they were clear and straight forward. For instance, they gave a realistic timeframes for the enquiries and they kept me updated about the progress of our purchase. Overall, I feel that Rob made our first purchase less stressful, he has been very friendly and professional and I would definitely recommend their service.
