Goadsby, Southampton has taken care of renting my flat for me for many years while I am living and working abroad. I cannot speak highly enough of their professional and friendly service. Absolutely excellent! Recently, I had to update my flat before a new tenant moved in. Freddie and his team had arranged painting, new carpets and electrical work as soon as I gave the go ahead. Freddie updated me constantly and patiently and swiftly answered my endless emails. Tom, Laura, Rebecca and Stacy all contribute to a smooth experience. It's a joy to work with the Goadsby, Southampton Office and very reassuring to know I can rely on them 100% to take care of all issues regarding my flat. A big thank you to all of you!

Simon Tran was a pleasure to work with. It was my first time buying a property and he took me through the process with minimal hassle. Nice bloke too. Highly recommended agents to work with.

Despite the good staff we will not use or recommend Goadsby to anyone purely based on the fact that Goadsby recommend Premier Property Lawyers. PPL are completely incompetent in their queries and seem to push for a simultaneous exchange and completion which is horrendous in a chain. Stop pushing PPL and we would recommend Goadsby.
