Ben Tomlinson was excellent and kept us updated with the process. He is very good in customer service likely to be very sucessful in his career.

Very professional and approachable. Always ring back and give us weekly calls to update (even if there was nothing to really update on). Keep us interested and motivated by suggesting a second viewing to get room measurements. If any problems were raised they were dealt with very swiftly.
