We sold our house with Goadsby in June. The team dealing with our sale was excellent, with Georgia very attentive in making sure all bases were covered. Would recommend.

I was extremely impressed by the professional calm manner when dealing under pressure with tight deadlines and co-ordinating through several set-backs and in overcoming other organisations lack of internal communication to pull together much needed progress. Ben was really on it throughout the processes and when required other members of the team were more than willing to make additional calls to help out. Ben was integral to ensuring that there was only 1 days delay in exchange date when it could have gone on for much longer if it had not been co-ordinated to smooth the flow and the need for urgency in co-operation. These words do not sum up the dedication the Southampton team put in when things appeared to have slowed down in other parts of the chain. I appauld Ben for his efforts to bring things to a timely satisfactory conclusion. No hesitation in recommending Ben and the team.

I was a little disappointed at first when instruction was given as some of the photo graphs of my property were not suitable although I say it myself but they were still published. This resulted in further more suitable photos being taken and a small delay in getting the property advertised as I would want. However I was pleased with steps taken to expedite the completion process and with Mandy in particular at the Chandler's Ford office. All staff were very helpful, professional including Georgia as well at Southampton who quickly visited my property to take additional photos at the beginning of the process.

I was impressed by the professional but approachable way Goadsby handled contacts and communications. Georgia was our main contact and she was always helpful and very personable when responding to queries etc., as were Ben and Sylwia. It was via a Goadsby leaflet/letter through the door that I first contacted Georgia in August 2017. She came to view the house and give a valuation then. I liked her, and the way she explained things so that we could come to a realistic valuation. As a result, when we were ready to sell in June this year I rang her. Goadsby were very efficient in photographing the house, writing the description, and arranging viewings. We were fortunate enough to have quite a few viewings when first on the market and the house sold quickly. I'm sure that the efforts of the Goadsby team played a big part in this. For me, one of the most important and helpful aspects of the Goadsby service was the 'chain oversight' work done by Mandy Ballard at the Chandlers Ford office. Having a dedicated member of staff for this purpose was incredibly useful from our perspective, especially at the rather 'difficult' stage leading up to exchange of contracts. Mandy did great work pulling the strands together and keeping me, and everyone else informed. I was very grateful for all she did, as without her there would have been no-one doing this valuable role, even though everyone concerned was playing their specific part admirably. Mandy herself was friendly and professional, and she always followed through on what she said she would do. Thank you very much everyone at Goadsby!

Georgia Munro Ford, Ben Tomlinson and the Goadsby Southampton Team have been exceptionally professional in dealing with a complicated sale. This is the second property that we have sold via Goadsby and this experience was as good, if not better than the previous transaction. The information flow and level of communication has been excellent, they have been prompt to respond to any issues or questions we had and have provided regular updates to us. Our instructions, unlike other other agents we have dealt with in the past, have been adhered to. We also deal with them on lettings and the service is equally as good from this department also. Perhaps most importantly they have given good advice when asked or felt if would be helpful and worked on our behalf to get the deal done. All three members of staff I dealt with were superb - Georgia, Ben and Mandy. The team are highly efficient and extremely courteous (which sets Goadsby aside from competitors). I was always kept fully up to date on events and I never had to chase for information. I always felt that I was a Client that mattered to the Company, rather than just someone trying to sell a property.
