The service we received was very good and during a very difficult period towards the beginning of the Covid-19 and the impact it had on the house market. The company was responsive and kept us updated throughout even through changes in points of contact occurred during the period. I would have no qualms in recommending Goadsby.

We were very satisfied with the service we received from Goadsby in buying our new home in particular from your negotiator Laura who was very responsive and helpful throughout. As this was our first move in 45 years we were grateful for the help she gave us and as a result it was not nearly as stressful as we expected! The whole buying process was very quick thanks to both agents and our solicitor but as the seller Laura was crucial. So in conclusion we would like say thanks again to Goadsby Wemouth for their excellent professional service they were really on the ball!

Viewed a prorety which we liked only to be told afterwards that the seller only wanted to sell to a cash buyer that was not in a chain.That not only wasted our time but ment we delayed our sale due to the lack of service. We had to phone 3 or 4 times on several occasions to get a response from them and when we told them we would need a firm decision by Monday, they rang us on Tuesday, to late. If they didn't want to sell it to us they should have told us from the start.

Impressed by all staff. Michael the Manger was always efficient and his staff very professional Laura kept me upto date weekly and supportive throughout the sale of my property. Well done to a good team Thank you
