House buying and selling is never a straight forward matter and does rely on a good estate agent to oversee and encourage the chain along at times. Goadsby, via Dylan, have worked tirelessly for me ensuring every step of the way was made to run as smooth a possible. From initially meeting Rebecca and then Dylan who oversaw my sale, I was impressed with their professionalism, upbeat demeanour and local knowledge and market knowledge. Their communication with me has been excellent and their viewing of my property and how they presented has been first class. It’s been a difficult market over the past 12 months for agents so to sell my home successfully, especially with a very long chain, has been impressive. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend to other.
