Goadsby provided us with a good service. They were transparent and well informed about our house purchase at the outset and we felt well supported and were glad with our decision. Our purchase took a long time to complete due to issues further up the chain and although we often had to chase for updates during the times where there was not progress we appreciate that as they did not have any updates for us contacting us at that stage would be low on the to do list. James Deaville (the agent responsible for us) in particular worked very hard to get the process through as quickly as possible under very challenging circumstances and should be commended for his efforts.

We are late sending in this review for James, apologies, life has been a bit hectic since moving in to our new house. We have nothing but praise for the attention we received from James, he kept us up to date with what was happening from the day we started the process of buying the house till it was finished. He was always approachable and available, qualities which have not always been there in estate agents we have experienced before.

Andrew and James at all times kept me informed during the ‘ups and downs ‘ of my house sale, always a pleasure to deal with, injected with a degree of banter and humour. There is no doubt in my mind, that if in future I sell one of my buy to let’s, or indeed my main residence I will ask them to act for me.
