We were buying a house which GOADSBY Winchester was the agent of. Initially the representative of the agency, who was a temporary employee, misinformed us about how long the process might take. Afterwards, when a more senior agent took over, process became a bit more manageable. Crucially the agency stepped up during the last 1.5 months of the process, providing us with clear chain status updates, that made it all that much more manageable, thus helped resolve the chain issue(s). The team is truly great, everyone is always eager to help even if your dedicated agent is not present.

We have recently moved home and Goadsby was our vendor's agent. We were really impressed with Goadsby's service and would recommend them to people in the future. The management team were very professional and had a great level of communication across the chain and were able to keep things moving along when required. A really good service. He runs a small but very active team, who provide a friendly and personal service and are always on hand to help look after my investment.

Great experience with Goadsby Winchester throughout the sale of our home in South Wonston. Mark was always available and provided pro-active updates along the way.
