I have just sold my property using Goadsby in Winchester. From the outset I found them to be a very professional estate agent. Mark who is the director ensured that I was kept informed through the whole process. My emails were always answered promptly. If I needed to to phone them the call was always answered within one or two rings and the person answering was always courteous and quick to connect me with the right person. I would also like to thank both Kim and Helen for their professionalism and support during the whole process. Mark was very helpful and, despite being unable to secure the initial price for the property, was able to complete a successful sale. In particular he was helpful with pushing the solicitors (who I believe that you recommend to people) when they were slow to respond.
