Do NOT use Goadsby. The people in this shop can be extremely helpful at times, but the company as a whole is a rip off.

Goadsby were very attentive to my personal situation throughout the purchase of my new home and they tackled some tricky negotiating with regards to timings and purchase price. Based on the service I received I will use Goadsby in the future if I decide to sell. Thank you Goadsby.

I chose Goadsby because of the professional and friendly initial meeting about valuation. Mark and his team have maintained an open working relationship throughout the selling process, managing the chain with tenacity and determination to ensure matters went through in a timely manner. They have always been accessible, willing to answer the most basic as well as the more difficult questions about the sale. I have praised their approach and support to all interested in my move over recent weeks. I can't commend the team enough.

We have recently purchased a house through Goadsby and cannot fault the service, there has been consistent communication and Mark was always at hand to help push things through, even with the sale of our own house through another agent! Highly recommend and we will certainly be using for any future sales or purchases.

We bought our first house through Goadsby 4 years ago and recently sold it, again through Goadsby. I can't rate them highly enough (particularly Mark and Ben) who were highly professional and supportive throughout the sale. They were always fully up to date with the chain and were constantly pushing forward on the sale, managing some tricky situations. I also believe that Goadsby have a genuinely realistic approach to the market unlike other estate agents in the area. Great service all round!
