We have recently purchased a house through Goadsby and cannot fault the service, there has been consistent communication and Mark was always at hand to help push things through, even with the sale of our own house through another agent! Highly recommend and we will certainly be using for any future sales or purchases.

We have recently bought and sold through Goadsby and I've been really pleased with their service, having tried to sell through other local agents in the past. Committed but not pushy, they remained enthusiastic in selling our house (60+ viewings!) and have been on-the-ball and diligent in getting the sale and purchase through. I can't rate them highly enough (particularly Mark and Ben) who were highly professional and supportive throughout the sale. They were always fully up to date with the chain and were constantly pushing forward on the sale, managing some tricky situations. I also believe that Goadsby have a genuinely realistic approach to the market unlike other estate agents in the area. Great service all round!

Fantastic Service from Mark Dryhurst even though he was representing our Vendor rather than us. I am not sure that the sale would have gone through without his commitment, hard work and dedication to see it through to completion.
