I am a big fan of goadsby who made the purchase of my first home very calm and smooth. They kept me informed at every stage and did not or hound me into making an offer or at any stage. James Deaville has been very helpful with a number of my inquiries be that can I take measure the rooms to be sure of sizes to questions about the solar panels or utilities etc. James has always come back to me promptly and made the time to provide as much information as possible. Very professional and very friendly. It was a long haul due to first buyer dropping out but my whole experience with James Deauville was excellent and I was kept informed all the way through. Also the whole team in Winchester office were very friendly and approachable which helped what would otherwise have been a stressful time. I would recommend this firm for sure.

Our experience with Goadsby was brilliant. They couldn't have been more helpful and communicative. James, in particular, went above and beyond, which was especially appreciated because we were buying, which meant that in financial terms, they weren't 'benefiting' from helping us. Both we and the seller needed to complete quickly and they did everything they could to get it over the line, which we did! If and when we sell in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to go straight to them.
