My dealings were with James Deaville and I want to say how impressed I was with all aspects of our interactions. He went the extra mile to thoroughly prepare before conducting an evaluation of our property. He was willing to spend the time to answer all my questions, as well as suggest other useful things I hadn’t thought of. Unlike the other agents, he really listened and was very respectful. He is the consummate professional and I would have no hesitation in recommending him. I hope he goes far - he deserves to!

James Deauville was very helpful with excellent communication throughout the process keeping us updated after viewings and progress on our sale. He was exceptionally good at coordinating the chain enabling the sale to complete.

Very professional throughout the whole process. James was our main contact and not only did he respond to questions I asked by email very quickly, even at weekends, he also gave an update on progress at roughly weekly intervals, so that it never felt like I needed to chase things up or ask for an update. That made for a relatively relaxed buying/selling process. I would certainly recommend Goadsby.

I was very pleased with the service provided by James Deauvile, Andrew and team. Andrew helpfully responding to concerns regarding issues with another estate agent, managing the situation calmly, reassuring me and dealing with the other agents involved. James has been diligent, responsive and communicated updates on the progression of sale with clarity (including via phone calls when the need arose). One small thing that suprised me was that the keys to our house were shared with our buyer on the day of completion prior to the funds having cleared - this I thought was unorthodox and required us to remain at the property until notification of the cleared funds as the buyers were on the roadside awaiting to move in promptly after 12noon and before the funds had cleared. On balance i was very happy with the service and would recommend Goadsby to others.

Goadsby did a fantastic job of selling our property. The staff were friendly, communicated progress on the sale at every stage, addressed issues that arose in the chain calmly and in a timely manner. They always responded to questions and gave advice on surveyors for property I went on to purchase even though they weren't the agents for that propoerty. Would highly recommend.
